Cancellations of Online Orders
If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase order before receiving it, but within two (2) business days after the creation of the order, Vagana Group S.A. will make a full refund, if the funds had already been transferred to the accounts of Vagana Group S.A.
If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase order before receiving it, but after the period of two (2) business days after the creation of the order, Vagana Group S.A. will make a refund for the canceled order, if the funds had already been transferred to the account of Vagana Group S.A.
