Delivery Policy

The purpose of this page is to describe the Delivery Policies, these policies must be accepted by a check by the customer before proceeding to make the payment on the purchase page.

Delivery deadlines

The shipping process is done once the customer completes their purchase on the page, in general the shipment lasts a maximum of 3 working days to reach its destination. In case the client has indicated an erroneous address or that the postal service can not find, it will be communicated to the client where he can go to pick up his product.

Delivery times are in Business days from 9 am to 5pm

Delivery coverage

Costa Rica, USA and Canada. For international shipments standard rates will apply, and the product will be dispatched from Aguacatil warehouses in Costa Rica, via Correos de Costa Rica.

Delivery means

It will be delivered through the Costa Rican Post Office as the main option for Costa Rica, for the USA and Canada, the FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) option will be used, in all cases the client will be notified as to which means his purchase will arrive.

Delivery confirmation

Once the customer receives the package, the issuer will ask you to sign the delivery note that states the delivery of the same at your destination.

Delivery provider

It will be delivered through Correos de Costa Rica as the main option, for USA and Canada the option FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) is used, in all cases the client will be notified about the means by which his purchase will arrive.
