Aguacatil.com is a virtual store with headquarters in Costa Rica owned by the company Vagana Group S.A. This text governs exclusively the contractual relations between every User (also referred to hereafter as “Client”) who uses the website aguacatil.com and the seller, which is the company Vagana Group SA and who is also the owner of the Online Store: aguacatil.com .

By accessing our portal, the Client undertakes to respect the Terms and Conditions as well as the rules of use contained therein.

The following are the General Terms and Conditions that apply for the use and purchase of the products offered by Vagana Group S.A through its site aguacatil.com; so that any user wishing to access and / or use the site or services may do so subject to these General Terms and Conditions, ANY PERSON WHO DOES NOT ACCEPT THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH HAVE A BINDING CHARACTER, SHALL REFRAIN FROM USING THE SITE AND / OR ACQUIRE THE PRODUCTS. These Terms and Conditions, together with the order or service confirmation in conjunction with the Purchase Order, constitute the contract between Vagana Group S.A and the Customer for the supply of the products and / or services offered. Other different texts will not apply.

It is understood that the Client agrees with the general conditions provided in this text from the moment he accepts that he has read and agrees with these Terms and Conditions and does not expressly express his disagreement.

Vagana Group S.A provides Users, directly or indirectly, access and / or use, as the case may be, of a line of products formulated based on avocado oil and backed under brand registration with the name Aguacatil®. These products are offered online through the information system known as “Internet” (World Wide Web or www), including, but not limited to: Information on electronic purchasing products and services through Portal’s intermediation services.

Vagana Group SA reserves the right to modify, add or eliminate unilaterally, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation and configuration of the website and any of the Products and Services, as well as the conditions required to access and / or use any of the Services without compensation of any kind for the user.


Vagana Group S.A allows you to register as a customer for free, but reserves any future membership fee at the discretion of the representatives of the same.

Any person wishing to make a transaction through our virtual store, will have the option to register to the store as a user providing the truthful information requested, registration is optional.

To be able to place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years of age. Any minor can make use of the store and place orders only with the participation of a parent or guardian. Vagana Group SA reserves the right to refuse to provide the service, cancel accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion without notice of any kind in case it considers that the user has violated the terms of this agreement and without that indemnity of any kind for the user.

Once you have accessed the corresponding Web section, the Customer must fill in the form with the necessary personal data requested and then put the product and / or service in a shopping cart and finally click on the “finalize order” button to confirm the purchase.

At the end of your order, Vagana Group S.A will send the customer an email with the purchase order request number and the details of your order.


Vagana Group S.A will supply the products indicated in the confirmation of your order, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The availability of the products will always be updated in the database. However, in case there is a problem with the shipment of the product, Vagana Group S.A will contact the customer as soon as possible to inform him of the situation and propose shipping options. Or propose the return of the amount of money that had deposited for such products.

Vagana Group S.A will make every effort to supply the products listed in your order confirmation. However, there may be times when it is impossible for us to supply such a product due, for example, to the fact that these products are out of stock. In these cases we will contact the Customer to inform them and suggest alternative products that they may wish to buy. If the client does not accept said suggestions, the cancellation of the order of the products that can not be supplied will be canceled and the money canceled for said products will be returned. The return of these sums of money will be the limit of the responsibility of Vagana Group S.A before the Client, if it were impossible to supply the products requested. The withdrawal period will vary depending on the type of card and their policies.


The price of each product will be clearly determined on the website. The price and conditions of the products and services offered may vary over time, but in any case, for a specific order, the price and conditions that were indicated when the Customer made the order will always govern.

A shipping process that is not paid in full will not start.

The price shown refers to the item and not necessarily to your shipment.

The price shown includes sales taxes unless otherwise indicated.

The price shown is in dollars for customers who access the English version of the site and in Costa Rican Colones to customers who access the site in its Spanish version.

The shipping cost (if necessary) will be calculated according to the location where the product or service order should be sent.


If the customer chooses to pay by credit card, their order will be reserved, but it will be taken into account and will be processed until the payment has been authorized by your bank or cashier. For security reasons, Vagana Group S.A verifies all orders paid by bank card. We accept Visa and MasterCard cards that have been registered (or accepted) in the secure payment system


If the client chooses to pay by bank transfer, he must make the transfer to one of the following dollar accounts in the name of Vagana Group S.A. The product will be dispatched until we can confirm the income of the product amount to our accounts:

IMPORTANT: As a concept of the transfer you must indicate the name of the person who places the order and send the receipt to the email management@aguacatil.com or whatsapp +506 8710 1856.

IMPORTANT: For payments by bank transfer, the products are not reserved until checking the deposit account.

In case the purchase has been made by a final consumer or a company the corresponding invoice will be extended. It will contain the final value of the products and / or services with their taxes and shipping costs if applicable.

The customer will receive the invoice in electronic format to the registered mail on the page. If you would like this document in another format, it should be requested to management@aguacatil.com.


Vagana Group S.A will send the customer their products to the delivery address that appears on their personal data form.

The customer will be informed of the amount to which the shipping costs amount before the purchase is made. If applicable.

If the item indicates “in stock” when placing the order, the period between the placing of the order and its proven payment and the date of the first presentation of the person delivering at the determined place is up to 3 business days.

The client will be informed from the beginning of this period from the reception of the e-mail “sending the order”. These periods are indicated on business days.

In cases of special urgency whatsapp can be written +506 8710 1856 to make shipments the same day. This service has an additional cost to agree depending on the place and delivery time.

The product will be sent once we have verified that the effective execution of the payment has been executed correctly and then, the product will be sent through Correos de Costa Rica.

The Client agrees that he or another designated person be at the address indicated to receive the package. In case of not being the first time, the carrier will insist several times. If the order could not yet be delivered, it will be returned to us, with the consequent return of the payment made to the Customer, less the shipping and return of the goods that will be borne by the Customer.

The deadlines and shipping costs are valid only for the territory of Costa Rica. Purchases made from the United States or Canada will be dispatched directly from our warehouse in the USA through Amazon, where Amazon delivery times apply.


All products offered by Vagana Group S.A are duly packaged. It is the client’s responsibility to check the status of the same at the time of receiving it. You must return the item to us within 30 days after receipt. We do not accept items that have been opened or used unless the product is damaged or defective. If any of the products purchased shows a manufacturing defect detected, Vagana Group S.A undertakes to replace it with a new one or to make the corresponding return of the money. In this case, all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product are borne by Vagana Group S.A. The delivery terms of the new product may vary depending on the inventory available in the store.

The consumer must inform Vagana Group S.A of the lack of conformity of the product through an email or WhatsApp message.

To make any guarantee or refund effective, it is necessary to have the respective invoice.


Vagana Group S.A undertakes to make available to the Customer all the necessary information regarding products and orders. Vagana Group S.A does not guarantee the execution of the present conditions in case of major force such as a natural event. In case of lack of the Client or an unforeseeable event on the part of a person outside the contract.

The Customer agrees to fill out the order forms and their fields according to the instructions indicated. Vagana Group S.A will protect the data according to the law. The Client also undertakes to pay the price of the product, with the corresponding taxes and shipping costs when applicable and as indicated in the payment process.

It is advisable that the customer keep a copy of the data contained in the products purchased in case of any situation that may arise.

Vagana Group S.A is not responsible for the consequences that may result from improper use of the products sold in its Online Store.


The personal data that the Client must provide are essential for sending orders and drafting invoices. The absence of them will hinder the delivery of orders. By registering on the page, the Client undertakes to provide valid personal data that will allow the provision of the service by Vagana Group SA and the correct identification of the registered Customer, as well as the sending of information and publicity of the different products and offers that Vagana Group SA may have on its web pages.

If the information received violates the law, ethics or morality (abusive advertising, defamation, insults, comments out of context, etc.) Vagana Group S.A reserves the right to refuse the client.
